Technical training or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs, control systems, and production machinery. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of 3-phase power, motors, sensors, relays, and control circuits. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and gear-driven systems. Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and testing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work throughout an entire shift. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely. Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility with varying temperatures, machinery, and noise levels. Job Duties Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment and production machinery. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures to minimize downtime and support production goals. Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, wiring, sensors, and control systems. Complete mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns with production teams.
