Job Duties Lead and support production team members to achieve quality, productivity, and safety goals. Operate production machinery and assist with daily manufacturing operations. Assemble materials and load raw materials into production lines as needed. Inspect finished products and documentation to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met. Pack, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment. Monitor workflow and assist operators in resolving production issues. Train and support team members while promoting a positive team environment. Transport materials throughout the facility and maintain organized production areas. Dispose of scrap materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Adapt to changing production priorities and perform additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required for production tracking and reporting. Ability to read production documents and follow work instructions. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or fast-paced industrial experience preferred. Prior Team Lead, Shift Lead, or supervisory experience is a plus. Candidates with strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and a positive work ethic will be considered. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills required. Ability to train, support, and motivate production team members. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire 12-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and material handling. Comfortable working around production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
