Senior Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Pay: $52,000-$80,000/year (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-11:15 PM
Education Requirements
- Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Training in electrical systems, PLC programming, automation, or industrial controls highly preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, technical manuals, and machine documentation.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Industrial Maintenance, Controls Technician, Automation Technician, or Electrical Maintenance experience.
- Advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics experience required.
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of servo systems, industrial automation, and electrical controls.
- Experience performing predictive and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex production equipment issues.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Primarily standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to safely perform maintenance duties in an industrial environment.
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
- Diagnose and repair HMI, SCADA, servo drive, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
