Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to learn new skills and complete forklift certification training. Experience Requirements Entry-level position; no prior experience required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical examination. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and material handling. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Must wear appropriate work attire; rubber boots are encouraged. Job Duties Assist with daily production operations and material handling tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility. Support manufacturing and production processes while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Participate in forklift certification training and safely operate equipment when authorized. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Adapt to changing production needs and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform additional duties as assigned.
