Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic math and cash-handling skills required. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members. Experience Requirements 1-2 years of retail, cashier, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Experience handling customer transactions and operating a cash register is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a busy retail environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Ability to stock shelves, move merchandise, and perform light cleaning duties. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed. Job Duties Open and prepare the store for daily visitors. Stock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays throughout the day. Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general questions. Operate the cash register and complete retail transactions accurately. Answer incoming phone calls and provide information to customers. Prepare, maintain, and operate the store's specialty product bar. Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization. Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Close and secure the store at the end of the day.
