The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support, including, but not limited to, customer service, billing, and dispatch support. Essential Responsibilities: Provide data entry support for all new and updated job tenders received by customers. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer information, including customer codes and correct billing addresses, are kept up to date. Respond to internal and external customer emails and phone calls. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. May assist in driver payroll and benefits management. Records management. Provide timely reports to immediate supervisor as requested. Understand DOT hours of service and ensure driver compliance. Other duties as assigned. High School diploma required. 3-5 years of customer service and administrative experience is required. You must be able to communicate in a professional and proper manner with co-workers, management, and clients Knowledge of operating standard office equipment, including all Microsoft applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty. Work environment: Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Exposure to computer screens. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Pay Range:$23.00-25.00 per hour The posted compensation range is based on the applicable geographic market for the position and may vary depending on factors such as related experience and skill set.
