Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, shipping, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient order fulfillment. This role involves selecting products for customers, operating inventory management technology, replenishing sales floor merchandise, and safely operating a cardboard baler. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse or retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ship inbound and outbound freight while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Replenish merchandise in self-service areas and on the sales floor.
• Select and prepare customer orders accurately, securely, and efficiently to meet delivery and multichannel service standards.
• Use inventory management technology to track merchandise and follow established procedures.
• Operate the cardboard baler by loading cardboard and activating the equipment according to safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized work area and support warehouse operations as needed.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift for the duration of the shift as required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle merchandise accurately.
• Ability to use inventory management technology and follow established processes.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
