Job Description:

Crisis24 is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns who will own the shaping, executing, and measuring of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of businesses, solutions, and audiences. This individual-contributor role will translate business priorities, thought leadership, and market opportunities into focused campaigns that build awareness, engage priority audiences, influence demand, and support commercial growth.

The successful candidate will combine strong marketing judgment with operational discipline. They will own execution from the initial brief through activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. They must be comfortable creating clarity from ambiguity, influencing without formal authority, and taking accountability for tracking and reporting on measurable results.

Main Objectives:

  • Set Campaign Strategy and Focus: Translate business priorities into audience-centered campaign strategies with clear objectives, narratives, offers, journeys, channel approaches, calls to action, and success measures.
  • Drive Integrated Execution: Align Content, Creative, Digital, Marketing Operations, Events, Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders around one plan with clear owners, dependencies, timelines, and decisions.
  • Establish Performance Discipline: Own campaign KPIs, analysis, reporting cadence, and optimization while partnering with Marketing Operations and Digital on data, systems, and channel reporting.
  • Build Integrated Campaign and Demand-Generation Capabilities: Strengthen campaign planning, prioritization, measurement, and operating standards so Crisis24 can invest in the programs most likely to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop the campaign portfolio and prioritize opportunities based on business value, audience need, commercial potential, readiness, timing, and team capacity.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies and briefs that define the business objective, target audiences and priority accounts, buyer problem, value proposition, campaign narrative, offer, journey, calls to action, channel strategy, sales activation, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Determine the right campaign model for the business objective and buying environment, including demand-generation programs for SaaS and technology solutions and brand-, thought leadership-, event-, or relationship-led programs for consultative services.
  • Own the campaign lifecycle from strategy and planning through activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis, maintaining clear workback plans, roles, dependencies, review points, approvals, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the central campaign lead across Content, Creative, Digital, Marketing Operations, Events, Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, and subject matter experts.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to confirm that audience insights, positioning, messaging, differentiation, proof points, and solution information are complete before campaign planning advances.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, translate stakeholder input into a disciplined campaign strategy, and challenge disconnected tactics or requests that do not support the agreed audience or business objective.
  • Identify the minimum effective set of campaign assets and prioritize the reuse and repurposing of existing content before requesting net-new production.
  • Create strong first drafts of campaign briefs, landing-page copy, promotional materials, sales activation materials, and content repurposing plans when needed.
  • Manage campaign workflows in Asana, maintain visibility into status, communicate changes early, and drive resolution of missing inputs, risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting requirements before launch. Partner with Marketing Operations and Digital to ensure campaigns are structured, tracked, and measured appropriately while respecting their ownership of systems, data infrastructure, and channel execution.
  • Lead a consistent campaign performance-review cadence and turn data into recommendations. Evaluate engagement, conversion, account activity, lead and opportunity progression, pipeline influence, commercial follow-up, and other relevant indicators based on the campaign objective.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing, audience response, and commercial feedback, including adjustments to segments, messages, offers, journeys, channels, and follow-up.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews that document results, lessons learned, reusable assets, and recommendations, and help establish campaign definitions, tiers, intake requirements, measurement standards, and governance across Marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including responsibility for integrated campaign strategy, execution, demand generation, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success developing multi-channel campaigns for a complex organization with multiple products, services, audiences, geographies, or business models.
  • Experience marketing SaaS, technology, data, intelligence, or other subscription-based solutions; experience supporting consultative, professional-services, or relationship-led businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, integrated marketing, and brand-building strategies.
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful KPIs, interpret campaign and funnel data, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into clear optimization and investment recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, campaign reporting, pipeline tracking, and attribution. Direct ownership of these systems is not required.
  • Strong writing, editing, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently produce polished campaign briefs, messaging, and first drafts.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder leadership, including the judgment and confidence to request missing inputs, challenge assumptions, manage dependencies, communicate blockers, and influence decisions across senior and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Asana or a comparable project-management platform to manage complex initiatives across remote teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, global, and matrixed organization.
  • Highly strategic, analytical, proactive, collaborative, and accountable, with a strong ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and take ownership of results.

Information Security

  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
