Posting Summary	Located in New Jersey, Rutgers University is a premiere, Research 1, public land grant institution that reflects the broad spectrum of backgrounds in the state. The School of Arts and Sciences, the largest and most comprehensive school at Rutgers University, is especially interested in candidates who can advance the goals and values expressed in the SAS Strategic Plan . Subject to availability of funding, the Department will have multiple openings at the level of Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor (with the possibility of appointment at Distinguished Professor for exceptional candidates). The department has identified priority areas of differential equations, probability, topology and dynamics, and foundations of data science and scientific computation; but outstanding candidates in any area of mathematics will be considered. Candidates must have a PhD in mathematics by employment start date. Candidates will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics, perform research, and supervise graduate students.
