Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $18.10/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday Looking for a hands-on opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and reliability? Join a growing manufacturing team in Marshfield assembling metal components used in essential infrastructure products. This production assembly role offers a clean, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will make a direct impact on the finished product. No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble small cylinders formed from corrugated metal - Accurately position and shape components using hand-eye coordination - Hold assemblies in place while machinery performs riveting and adhesion processes - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards - Assist with packaging and palletizing finished goods as needed - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assembly Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and quality - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred - Strong attendance and punctuality IND061 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
