Department:ICE \| CASL Administration Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties:We are seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership for our Radiation Oncology clinic. This role oversees facility operations and integrates services across Nursing, Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, and Patient Access. With direction from Cancer Service Line Leadership and input from the Department Chair, the Director will ensure the freestanding site's financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and facility management while fostering a seamless, high-performing operation grounded in patient safety and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings matrixed leadership, financial acumen, and a patient-centered approach, along with a proven record of improving operational performance in healthcare.
