Position Title: Production Scheduler
Wage: $60,000-$65,000/year Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Scheduler for a company in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Production Scheduler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency - Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure production readiness and material availability - Release, prioritize, and maintain production orders within the ERP system - Identify scheduling challenges, capacity constraints, and opportunities for process improvement - Track key performance metrics related to production scheduling and delivery performance - Support inventory management, backlog reduction efforts, and customer delivery commitments - Participate in production planning meetings and communicate schedule priorities across departments Production Scheduler Requirements: - Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or materials management preferred - Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy IND999 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
