We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to step into a pivotal role supporting high-volume fashion photography and video production. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity where you will be instrumental in bringing captivating ecommerce and marketing content to life. You will be the linchpin behind the scenes, coordinating essential elements and ensuring every shoot runs seamlessly, directly impacting the visual storytelling for a beloved retail brand.

Your Impact

• Support producers and senior producers in the meticulous planning and flawless execution of on-figure photography and video shoots.
• Coordinate crucial logistics, including shoot schedules, detailed shot lists, talent fittings, availability, and overall production flow.
• Directly engage with model agencies, hair and makeup professionals, and freelance creative talent to source, schedule, and confirm bookings.
• Provide essential hands-on support on set, fostering clear communication and ensuring shoots remain on schedule.
• Proactively troubleshoot last-minute production changes, collaborating effectively to resolve any unexpected issues.
• Partner with creative teams to identify and secure talent that perfectly aligns with brand direction and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate talent records, booking information, production schedules, and all related documentation.
• Support comprehensive production wrap-up, including invoice tracking, shot list reconciliation, and vendor follow-up.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience supporting professional photography, video, or commercial creative productions, including shoot preparation and on-set coordination.
• Working knowledge of talent sourcing, casting, or booking processes.
• Proven experience communicating effectively with photographers, stylists, creative teams, and external production partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to navigate diverse personalities within a fast-moving creative environment.
• Exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to skillfully manage competing priorities.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment to effectively address unexpected issues that arise during production.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Bonus Points

• Fashion, apparel, or retail ecommerce photography experience, particularly in on-figure production.
• Experience working directly with model agencies, casting teams, or freelance hair and makeup professionals.
• Knowledge of talent rates, usage agreements, booking documentation, and production travel logistics.
• Experience in a high-volume in-house creative studio or commercial production agency.
• Experience supporting both photography and video shoots.
