Main Duties & Responsibilities

Steel Set Up Op- 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Set up Operator to join our team on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM). The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and be able to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the set up/troubleshooting
Frequently push, pull, and lift 30-50 pounds.
Climb stairs as needed throughout the workday.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: Starting pay is based on prior experience and qualifications.
