Looking for Warehouse Loader jobs in Dothan where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Requirements:

• Forklift, order picker, and squeeze truck experience required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, crawl, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and operating order pickers at elevated levels
• Basic computer, writing, and data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email and phone communication
• Ability to read and understand company forms and documentation
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Unload and reload tires from trucks and shipping containers
• Move and store tires throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and squeeze trucks safely and efficiently
• Retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement activities
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Loader.
• Ability to learn, read, and understand the information on company forms
• Work and communicate well with others and be self motivated when it comes to daily operations
• Using Pickers to retrieve products from high places in our Facility is part of the job (CAN NOT HAVE A FEAR OF HEIGHTS)
• Writing and computer skills is a must
• Overtime could be a factor, must be able to work overtime if asked
• And Excellent communication skills through email and Phone Interaction
• Dependable Transportation

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
