Now Hiring: Human Resources Generalist Location: Auburn Hills, MI Schedule: Variable shifts, including weekends Build your HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your work directly supports employees and daily operations. We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide employment, labor relations, and workforce support for hourly union employees. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or a related field preferred Experience Requirements 1+ year of Human Resources or related experience preferred Previous office experience required Manufacturing, employment, or labor relations experience highly preferred Experience supporting union employees and collective bargaining environments is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and follow-up skills Ability to analyze workforce data, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines Job Duties Support hourly employment processes, workforce analysis, deployment, and staffing needs Manage employee support functions, including leave tracking, reinstatements, records, and general inquiries Coordinate and deliver onboarding and orientation for hourly employees Support lean manufacturing and employee development initiatives Assist with employee engagement and workplace culture programs Support administration of national and local collective bargaining agreements Communicate effectively with employees, management, and union representatives Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic manufacturing environment and take the next step in your Human Resources career.
