Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
Experience in Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains. *
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting. *
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. *
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. *
Experience working in Agile environments. Roles & Responsibilities *
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. *
Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements. *
Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance. *
Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers. *
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. *
Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents. *
Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts. Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
