10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience. *
Experience in SAP S/4HANA AMS or implementation projects. Strong stakeholder communication and business process expertise. *
Experience in incident management, enhancements, testing, and deployments Generic Managerial Skills, If any *
Strong leadership and team management capabilities. *
Experience leading SAP BASIS support and project delivery teams. *
Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and administrators. *
Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills. *
Strong project planning, effort estimation, and resource management experience. *
Ability to manage multiple projects, releases, and production support activities simultaneously. *
Effective risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution skills. *
Strong communication and presentation skills with business and executive stakeholders. *
Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments. *
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. *
Ability to drive operational excellence, service improvement, and automation initiatives. *
