Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
10+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience with deep expertise in Core Banking platforms. *
Strong hands-on experience with the Hogan Core Banking Platform, including: *
Hogan Integrated Core Processing (ICP) *
Hogan Deposits System (IDS) *
Hogan Loans System (ILS) *
Hogan Customer Information System (CIS) *
Proven expertise in Relationship Profitability Management (RPM) and customer profitability analysis. *
Extensive knowledge of deposit, lending, account servicing, customer lifecycle management, and product processing functions. *
Experience in Core Banking Modernization, Migration, Transformation, or Core Replacement Programs. *
Strong understanding of core banking architecture, data models, system integration, data mapping, and batch/end-of-day processing. *
Experience defining business requirements, functional specifications, target operating models, and solution designs for large-scale banking transformation initiatives. *
Good understanding of Retail, Commercial, and Corporate Banking business processes and operating models. *
Exposure to modern banking ecosystems including APIs, cloud-native transformation, and digital banking platforms. *
Experience working on large-scale banking migration initiatives, preferably Hogan to Pismo, Hogan modernization, or other next-generation core banking programs. *
Understanding of payment ecosystems and industry standards such as ISO 20022. *
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams. *
Experience working with Tier-1 global financial institutions and managing complex banking transformation programs.
Roles & Responsibilities *
Act as the subject matter expert for Hogan Core Banking and RPM solutions. *
Support core banking transformation, migration, and modernization programs. *
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define requirements and solution designs. *
Drive customer lifecycle, account servicing, deposit, lending, and profitability management initiatives. *
Support data mapping, integration, testing, and implementation activities across banking platforms. *
Provide guidance on core banking best practices, operating models, and regulatory considerations.
Salary Range- $100,000-$135,000 a year #LI-CO1 #LI-SN1 Location
