Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Java, Spring Boot, React 18+, TypeScript and REST API development * Microservices, PostgreSQL/Amazon RDS, unit testing and secure coding * GitLab CI/CD and production-support readiness * Life and annuity domain application development experience preferred Roles & Responsibilities * Design and build Java/Spring Boot services and React/TypeScript user experiences * Develop secure REST APIs and integrate with cloud, data and enterprise services * Create automated tests and support CI/CD-based deployments * Troubleshoot production defects and collaborate with product, QA and offshore teams In addition, should be able to do the following * Play the role of onsite coordinator for offshore * Able to conduct RCA and provide and implement solutions Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting * Onsite-offshore coordination across distributed teams * Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration * Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standards Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
