Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Extensive technology delivery experience with Agile/SAFe execution * Delivery governance, sprint/release planning, RAID management and quality gates * KPI/SLA tracking, stakeholder reporting and managed-services transition * Life & Annuity delivery exposure and onsite-offshore coordination Roles & Responsibilities * Own end-to-end delivery governance, plans, dependencies, risks and release readiness * Lead customer-facing status reviews and coordinate offshore delivery teams * Track outcomes through KPIs, SLAs, quality gates and governance reporting * Drive transition, stabilization and continuous service improvement In addition * Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standard Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
