Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required. Team leadership, lead, supervisory, or production coordination experience preferred. Experience monitoring workflow, supporting production employees, and maintaining productivity goals. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience enforcing workplace safety standards and quality requirements. Wood manufacturing, machine operation, sanding, polishing, or related manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to train, coach, and support team members in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform general production support activities as needed. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe footwear.
