Schedule Details:

• Shift: 12:00 AM-8:00 AM
• Flexible schedules available, approximately 2-5 days per weeK
• Monday-Sunday operation with coverage needed 7 days per week
• Local Yard Position - Home Daily

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a yard hostler/yard goat to move and position trailers.
• Shuttle trailers between dock doors, staging areas, and parking spaces.
• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Perform basic equipment inspections.
• Follow yard safety procedures and dispatch instructions.
• Communicate with yard personnel.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Verifiable yard hostling experience within the past 5 years.
• Experience operating a yard goat, terminal tractor, or similar equipment.
• Valid driver's license; CDL not required.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely back, maneuver, couple, and uncouple trailers.
• Dependable and available for assigned 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to meet required pre-employment screening standards.
