Insider Threat Detection Analyst (Mid)

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking Insider Threat Detection Analysts to support a Federal Agency in the National Capital Region.

,The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $90,000- $100,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. • Conducts multi-disciplinary analysis integrating security, counterintelligence, law enforcement, and computer network defense information to identify, assess, and report potential insider threats
• Uses specialized host-based detection tools to identify anomalous activity
• Correlates security events, CI information, and digital forensic data
• Builds threat profiles
• Monitors user activity across network and system logs
• Prepares written analytical reports
• Supports incident response
• Maintains case files in centralized tracking systems
• Applies the National Insider Threat Policy and Federal Investigative Standards
• May be required to work shifts or outside core hours
