Position Title: Table Operator
Wage: $20.62/hour Shift: Initially 2nd Shift, transitioning to 3rd Shift on November 16, 2026 (tentative) Hours: Training Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-1:45am, Permanent schedule Monday-Friday 11:45pm-7:45am Join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in North Liberty, IA as a Table Operator! Help inspect, package, and prepare quality products for shipment. Train on 2nd shift before transitioning to a Monday-Friday 3rd shift schedule. Great opportunity for someone with production experience looking for steady, full-time work! Table Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Inspect food products to ensure quality and safety standards are met - Place and properly position products into moving packaging trays - Monitor product flow and ensure accurate packaging - Operate and assist with packaging equipment, including baggers, sealers, and cartoners - Inspect products for defects, contamination, and packaging issues - Assist with filling, sealing, and palletizing finished products - Perform quality checks and follow food safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized production area - Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) - Perform additional production duties as assigned Table Operator Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move continuously throughout the shift - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team - Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 55F to 90F - Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements - Must be available for initial 2nd shift training and transition to the permanent 3rd shift schedule - Flexibility to work overtime as needed IND091 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
