We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Marketing Manager to cost-effectively drive appointment generation through multi-media marketing and local product awareness. As a Marketing Manager with Renewal by Andersen, you will be responsible to produce appointments by marketing with a direct hands-on approach, and utilizing our media vendors as a team approach to reach daily, weekly and monthly appointment generation goals.
Job Responsibilities As a Marketing Manager with Renewal by Andersen, you will ensure appointment generation by adhering to the proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines. You will work with the CFO, Sales Team, ISC Team and Event Team, coordinating with the annual budget to generate qualified leads and appointments through cost-effective media efforts. You will also track and enter marketing data into our corporate database in a timely manner and run meetings to ensure you are on track to accomplish appointment goals. Additional responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include: -Develop and implement marketing strategies to deliver weekly/monthly/annual appointment goals across many forms of marketing, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Newspaper, Digital, Social Media, Website, SEO, PPC, TV, and Radio. -Research and implement inclusion of corporate sponsored marketing opportunities. -Determine marketing campaign schedule and vehicle mix strategies. -Serve as project leader for all marketing campaigns, leading meetings, developing lists and offers, researching demographics/addresses, ensure creative is on brand and implement schedule with vendors. -Measure performance resulting from each campaign to ensure success. -Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new marketing business partners and vendors, including minimizing costs through aggressive price negotiation. -Establish and maintain relationships with existing graphic design team to ensure application of overall brand identity standards in corporate marketing initiatives. -Track and report all marketing metrics including but not limited to response rates, spend, return on investment and testing. -Establish and maintain relationships with existing marketing managers of other Renewal by Andersen's nation-wide. -Manage budget in a cost-effective manner and in alignment with company standards. -Coordinate marketing logistics with mapping and tracking -Manage marketing scripts and flyers -Work with Event Manager and Team to organize events and establish positive community relations through involvement with community organizations as well as attend/work events from time to time. -Perform other duties and executing other projects as assigned Requirements of the Marketing Manager include: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required. -Minimum 5 years management experience required with appointment generation including traditional, non-traditional, and digital; marketing management experience preferred. -Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, possess strong presentation and public speaking skills, excel in time management and enjoy success in a team environment -Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills -Demonstrate strong computer skills and proficient in database management and mining, including Microsoft products -Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of marketing communications, sales promotion, advertising, and business strategies -Must be familiar with the latest offline and online marketing tools, trends and techniques and be able to apply them to Renewal by Andersen's business -Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends -Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation and Benefits At Renewal by Andersen, we understand that our employees work hard, so we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package as well as a bonus plan based on reaching the goals of the number of appointments you generate.
