Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Store Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Work hour: Shift work, 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week including weekend and holidays.

Classification: Exempt, direct-hire

Pay: 65K - 70K per year.

International retail company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Store Manager in San Jose, CA. This position is responsible for entire store management such as supervising employees and managing store operation. Qualified candidate must be fluent in Japanese, and has over 3 years of retail store management experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage store operation making sure all procedure is correctly handing based on company compliance standards

* Open and close the store, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.

* Manage store employees including training, assigning, and scheduling a shift.

* Create a good store culture that demonstrates the values of the company.

* Secure a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience.

* Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

* Make a sales report and attend manager meetings.

* Troubleshoot customer service including returns and complaints.

* Support HR operations such as vacations and pay calculation.

* Other duties will be assigned.

Qualifications:

* Must be Japanese/English bilingual.

* Minimum 3 years of Retail Store Manager experience

* Basic MS Office skills
