U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. located throughout NJ, NY, PA and DE is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Team. This is an entry-level opportunity that offers career opportunity and growth.. This position can be based out of NJ, DE or PA and will have flexibility with working remotely on a hybrid schedule.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Offer support to the Director of Marketing on overall marketing initiatives

* Assist in developing and distributing marketing collateral

* Assist in planning, coordinating and attending marketing events including but not limited to:

Training, Branch Counter, Customer Appreciation, and Tradeshow events

* Offer and coordinate with our branches to assist with the following:

Overall Branch Appearance, Merchandising, Displays, Counter events with vendors and customers, and Branding cohesiveness with our brand as well as vendors

* Create promotions and marketing to support the promotions - distribute to locations and ensure proper execution

* Offer support with graphic design requests including but not limited to:

General Flyers, Office stationary and business cards, Online ads, Promotional Collateral, Signage and Banners, Sales Support

* Assist in marketing via social media and online platforms where/when needed

* Assist in the integration of our marketing strategy and branding across all of our platforms covering both print and digital avenues
* Develop sales flyers and digital collateral to support plan across business
* Branch merchandising plan and management coordinated with overall strategy
* Vendor sales promotion plans, managing process and measuring success, updating sales team throughout process

* Participate in ongoing training and education

Skills & Qualifications:

BA/BS in Marketing, or related degree preferred

1+ yrs. of experience preferred

Electrical Distribution industry experience is a plus, but not required

High level of organization and communication skills

Creativity - graphic design experience needed

Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills

Ability to utilize all software necessary to accomplish tasks and responsibilities
