Application Window Open date: February 1, 2024 Most recent review date: Saturday, Mar 2, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Aug 1, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description Division of Pediatric Dentistry The Division of Pediatric Dentistry, Department of Orofacial Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco is recruiting 2 faculty members, expected to teach and provide leadership in working with DDS/MS/PhD, trainees in basic and translational oral and craniofacial research. Appointments will be made at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, In Residence, or Ladder Rank. Academic rank is commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will have demonstrated research experience related to amelogenesis and biomineralization. The candidate is expected to generate independent grant funding, and will join a research team focused on children's oral health research. The ideal candidate will mentor MS, DDS, and DDS/PhD research, and engage in research in the field of oral sciences. Required qualifications:

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $139,500-$297,200. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
