Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Account Manager - Commercial Insurance

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Remote, once a week office)

Work hour: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global commercial insurance broker with a dynamic team comprising 50+ employees, is currently seeking an experienced Japanese Bilingual Account Manager for their Property and Casualty (P&C) department. The Account Manager responsible for assigned list of business accounts involving the Company's portfolio ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Commercial Property Causality Insurance experience with an active P&C license.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and claims.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.

Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients by collaborating with Customer Service Specialist.

Coordinate and actively participate in open enrollment meetings.

Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to professionalism.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Assist prospect client meetings and presentations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance.

Japanese Bilingual - speaking/reading/writing required.

Active P&C license required

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and systems

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
