Student Assistant

Job Description

The Student Assistant will work part time to provide project support for current and upcoming project for the Analytics Center of Excellence. Projects will be primarily focused on clinical and business operations within the health system. Responsibilities include analysis, data collection and cleaning, data interpretation, and assist data scientists with model development, testing, and deployment. Detailed work is required and the Student Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or a graduate program.

Desired Qualifications

• Good communication, self management, and teamwork skills
• Programming Languages: SQL, Python
• Background:
  • Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science
  • Knowledge of data science tools, machine learning techniques, and databases
