When your actions lead to success:

• Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and Values.
• Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Menasha plant, including, but not limited to - Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Menasha plant.
• Responsible for reporting all safety, quality and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Follows procedures for proper handling, labeling, storage, and use of various types of products within the plant or on company property.
• Participation and involvement in associated committees or activities is highly encouraged.
• Comply with all financial regulations (52-109) requirements in regards to inventory.
• Performs machine set-up for orders, safely operates machine to production target, waste, and quality standards, and trouble shoots machine when it is down or not performing to standard.
• Sets-up machine to specifications outlined on the order.
• Sets-up machine to standard set-up time and procedure
• Operates machine to standard production target and waste target.
• Trouble shoots machine when it is down or not performing to standard
• Assists maintenance with machine repairs and preventive maintenance
• Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the machine is consistent with the policies and procedures which make up the Quality System
• Continuously improve the process as an individual and as a team member
• Ensures work area is kept clean according to facility/corporate standards
• Ensures all environmental standards and requirements are met
• Ensure quality of product and divert nonconformance product to appropriate area (i.e. Doc, Hold, junk)
• Report production electronically per Data 3 report (i.e. 8180 report and score boards)
• Complete all in process paperwork (i.e. Roll History Card, Make Ready Checklist, Hardness/Static charts)
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job title listed above

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and accurately report results.
• Ability to properly and safely handle and use equipment and chemicals.
• Knowledge of the company's quality and food safety systems.
• Flexibility to work overtime and change shift hours.
