Reporting up through the nursing AVP for Professional Practice, Quality and Innovation, the clinical educator is a member of a dynamic team of masters prepared nurses with a focus on innovative and evidence-based practices that support clinical team members transition to practice as well as ongoing professional development in their individualized units or specialty.

Kelemen North and South 9 is a two-sided, seventy-six bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. Our staff care for a variety of patient populations, including cardiac, trauma, gastrointestinal, and psych.Also to support our staff are Clinical Nurse Managers (CNMs) which help with patient care, through put, and assignments.

• At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.

• Masters Required; Masters in Nursing preferred

• NJ RN license required
• AHA BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• 4/10's - 7P-5A with flex weekend coverage
• Specialty certification preferred
