Stinson LLP seeks an Associate with at least two years of real estate and public finance experience to join our Tampa office. Active Florida attorney license required. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including financing and leasing. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational and communication skills. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required. We also welcome federal judicial clerkship experience.
