This involves engaging with and providing a first-class mountain adventure for each and every guest, communicating clearly and making split second decisions to ensure proper ticket validation. This is a seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Ensure RFID gate reads guests passes Assist with the orchestration, set up, and breakdown of maze Open and close pinch points as needed for maximum traffic flow Be aware of all ticket types and prices Assist and respond to guest inquiries Must have current information about the mountain and events Ability to troubleshoot RFID gates and tablet equipment QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 14 years of age or older Able to work outside for long periods of time in inclement weather Reliable transportation to/from work Must be able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment Able to communicate and problem solve independently Must be comfortable working with electronic equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
