Job Summary: The Lead Case Manager provides leadership and guidance to a team of case managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery to disaster survivors. This role includes overseeing case management activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Lead Case Manager also supports the development of recovery plans, monitors staff performance, and serves as the primary point of contact for complex cases requiring additional support or resources.
