Job Title: Software Engineer Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid) Tues/Thurs in office. Duration: 6 months with the possibility of conversion. What you'll be doing They will be working on the in-house applications for client Principally develops, maintains, enhances, and tests systems of the highest complexity. Performs the investigation and resolution of complex and critical data, system, and software issues in the production environment Contribute software development expertise to multiple projects and ensure that specifications are met. Conduct unit testing before releasing code to QA/UAT testing, perform code reviews, receive PR feedback in a positive note. Follow established software development standards and procedures and contribute towards their improvement. Well versed with databases and persists in maintenance and management. Actively participate in scrum events. Adhere to DevOps procedures. Performs the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies. Designs, develops, and maintains internal algorithms and tools for software development. Years of Experience needed: 5+ Years of coding experience Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Systems/Software proficiencies: Develop application utilizing Golang (preferred) OR JAVA OR Python. Application Development / Software Engineering / REST API/ Design Patterns, SQL/SQL Server, RDBMS Concepts/ Docker containers, YAML file concepts/ LLMs understanding Certifications/Licenses: n/a Top Must have Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
