OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients in the Southeast Georgia area!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
  • Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs, traveling up to 50% of the time within assigned area paid for by company through mileage reimbursement.ss, traveling
  • Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
  • Complete special projects as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



SCHEDULE:



  • Monday-Friday 7am-4pm but also varies based on needs of the business.
  • Office + visiting districts within assigned area.
