Let's Redefine Possible Summary: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Energy Storage Group with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem solve and bring together viable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Project Manager will provide overall leadership direction to a project; including the management of project quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. The base compensation range for this role is $108,000 - $162,000 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%) This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus.] Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Traveling PM Role 75-100% Locations: AZ, TX, CA, OK, Midwest, CO Responsibilities: Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to: Manage the overall financial health of projects
Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project
Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
Manage change orders
