PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials to be used by other crafts.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)




  1. Solar general labor tasks that include:
  2. Load and unload equipment and materials
  3. Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
  4. Solar panel install
  5. Rigging
  6. Racking assembly
  7. Torque tube assembly
  8. Pile layout
  9. General cleanup and clearing of debris
  10. All other duties as assigned



Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES



  1. Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy's
  2. Strong teamwork orientation
  3. Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
  4. Detail orientation
  5. Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to divers input and feedback



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS




  1. Experience in construction



ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

A. Ability to frequently work in heat and other weather conditions

B. Frequently crouch, kneel, squat, climb

C. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs

D. Frequently reach high and low places

E. Ability to see, hear, balance, and review job sites

F. Ability to stand and walk throughout work day

G. Ability to use repetitive hand/arm/leg movements
