The Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is expanding and seeking an outstanding Glaucoma trained Ophthalmologist for a position as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or full Professor. Positions include busy medical/surgical practices at our main campus faculty practice and at our major affiliated teaching hospitals as well as teaching/supervising residents and fellows at our affiliated teaching hospitals. Candidates should have a MD degree and be board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in glaucoma, and be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas. Interests should be primarily glaucoma with or without comprehensive ophthalmology or other subspecialty interest with a desire to participate in glaucoma research. Also, this position will provide high quality fellow, resident, and medical student didactic clinical training.
