Faculty Position - Department of Physician Assistant Studies

The Department of Physician Assistant Studies is currently seeking outstanding applicants for an academic position in the School of Health Professions at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Responsibilities include a combination of classroom, small group and clinical teaching; Student mentoring and graduate project advising; Admissions activities; Curriculum development and evaluation; Participation in professional scholarly and clinical activities; Service on assigned institutional committees.

Minimum Qualifications
* Graduate from an accredited PA Program
* An earned Master's degree
* Current NCCPA certification
* Eligibility for Texas PA licensure
* Prior experience in PA education is preferred

Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.

This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
