JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative (EIC), housed by the Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center and supported by the College of Health and Human Development and Social Science Research Institute is searching for a part-time team member who would have interest in working with the Research Translation Platform. Some areas of work for this position include:

  • Coordinate the design, execution, and analysis of rapid-cycle optimization trials in line with the associated grant and in collaboration with implementation team.
  • Mentor and manage assigned trainees to retain them and improve their experience (e.g., hold mentorship calls and provide resources, delegate appropriate tasks, lead overlap section of team project call).
  • Provide statistical consulting support for RPC team, including staff and trainees, to help projects progress (e.g., checking code and output, reviewing analytic plans, fielding questions).
  • Support data management on team projects to improve efficiency and reduce human-related errors (e.g., automating parts of the enrollment process).
  • Initiate and manage partnerships with organizations with similar missions.
  • Contribute to team products, such as manuscripts, grants, conferences, and process documents. With opportunities to occasionally lead conference submissions and manuscripts.
