The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an experienced SharePoint and Database Project Manager and with a Top Secret Clearance. Responsibilities include providing the federal client with technical expertise in database design tools, methodologies, data validation methodologies, data migration processes, file organization, indexing methods, data integrity, and security procedures, and backup and disaster recovery planning. The database will be built to support the client's portfolio of real estate projects. Projects range from small to large-scale construction/modernization projects in different stages of lifecycle planning. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience & Skills A computer architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering or construction management bachelor's degree from an accredited University recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or a minimum of four years in SharePoint and database developing, testing, and implementing web applications and/or systems software to assist in project managers in interior renovation or construction projects.
