University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. Department of Biomedical Science Job Description
Our research interest is to identify the novel molecular signals controlling inflammation and study their contribution to human inflammatory diseases such as sepsis shock, atherosclerosis and cancer. Currently, we are characterizing a novel zinc finger containing protein family in the regulation of cytokine production and anti-virus. We are using a comprehensive approaches including mouse genetics and molecular and cellular biology methods to explore new genes and novel molecular mechanisms in the regulation of inflammation. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Strong background in molecular biology or Biochemistry. Research experience Anticipated Hiring Range
