Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. May lead and direct the work of others. Manages computer operations in conjunction with database administrators, system administrators, and various data center personnel. Ensures production schedules are met. Ensures computer system resources are used effectively. Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. Provides users with computer output. Supervises staff operations. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area within DoD/Navy programs, plus at least 3 years of managerial experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
