Gundersen Health System is seeking a motivated and flexible individual with a strong customer service background to join our team as a Department Secretary! This position is responsible for providing and coordinating basic office and organizational responsibilities necessary for the operation and support of the medical staff/providers and department. The secretary works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers. What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends)

  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Department/Location: Onalaska Pediatrics with collaboration and cross-coverage to Pediatrics in La Crosse as needed

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 2 years recent graduate of a clerical/secretarial training program or 2 years of applicable experience.

  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills

  • Be a team player and flexible
