Behavioral Health Therapist - Addiction, La Crosse & Prairie du Chien

Gundersen Health System currently has a need for a full-time Addiction Therapist (mental health & substance use disorder) that will split time between La Crosse (.6 FTE), and Prairie du Chien (.4 FTE). Acceptable licensure includes: LPC, LCSW or LMFT.

This position will focus solely on providing mental health and substance use disorder therapy services to patients involved with our Medication Assisted Treatment Programs. This Therapist will join a multidisciplinary team of providers (e.g. Addictionologists, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners', Registered Nurses', Medical Assistants' and social workers) to provide quality Behavioral Health services to a diverse population.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
