Clinical Pharmacist (Clinical Oncology - Norris) - Pharmacy - Full Time 10 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)

The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services and education.

The hourly range for this position is $64.00 - $112.46. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.

Minimum Education:
*Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
*2 Years hospital or ambulatory infusion experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital or ambulatory infusion setting.
*3 years of oncology experience or oncology residency preferred.
Required License/Certification:
*Current pharmacy licensure with California State Board of Pharmacy
Keck and Norris Hospital:
*BLS certification for Healthcare Provider, ACLS certification from American Heart Association. *(Not required for all off-site clinics))
*Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. *(Required within LA City County only)
