Harkcon, Inc. is preparing to win a contract supporting the Office of Enterprise Services (OES) Knowledge Management Office (KMO) within the Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate of the Dept of Homeland Security. We're looking for a skilled professional with experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field who is prepared to lead a team of contractors in support of protecting the homeland. Qualifications BA/BS 10+ years of experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field. MA/MS degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) may also be substituted for one year of experience. Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook USA Citizen Successfully complete DHS Suitability process Proven work history of confidentiality and discretion As Program Manager, you will be responsible to complete and perform the following requirements: Assist the OES Front Office with management and oversight of the OES Divisions and their respective projects. Work across multiple projects to highlight, identify, and build on interdependencies within OES. Work with the OES leadership to assist their management of individual projects. Assist in the facilitation of communication between cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Division Directors to ensure that programs/projects align with OES overall strategy and management plan. Work with OES Leadership to develop a robust communications plan to deliver, monitor and manage internal and external communications.
